Conceived as the NOIDA headquarters of the Luxor Group, the complex was planned to accommodate manufacturing operations and corporate offices associated with the group’s international collaborations. Strategically located along a major arterial road in Phase II, NOIDA, the development was envisioned as both an industrial facility and a corporate address.

The architectural design for the project pursued a more sculptural approach to the building envelope. The facade was conceived as a composition of layered volumes, anchored by the ground floor and staircase blocks, while the upper floors progressively recede to establish a stepped profile. This articulation lends depth and rhythm to the elevation, using the interplay of solid and void to create a changing pattern of light and shadow throughout the day.
